Paradise Valley agent has 4-times more transactions over $12 Million than any other AZ agent
PARADISE VALLEY, ARIZ – October 21, 2021 – With the closing of 5950 E Valley Vista Lane in Paradise Valley today, Joan Levinson, the Number One Agent is Arizona, has now passed a record-breaking $300M in sales in 2021, and isn’t done yet.
The $12 million sale of 5950 E Valley Vista Lane is the 12th public MLS side closed by Ms. Levinson over $12 Million, representing 30% of such home sales in Arizona history, four times as many public sales as the next highest realtor, and more such ultra-luxury sales than the next 5 top all-time real estate agents in Arizona history combined. She has represented both more sellers and buyers in transactions over $10, $12, and $15 Million than any other real estate agent in Arizona history.
Ms. Levinson previously crossed 100M in April, then crossed $200M in annual 2021 sales in May.
“The beginning of the year was overwhelmingly busy. It slowed a bit during the summer, as we usually do in the Phoenix area, but it was still at a pace above average. Now it seems that the fall will be at a record pace again.” Ms. Levinson stated.
