PARADISE VALLEY, ARIZ. -April 30, 2019- The housing market is hot and staying hot for Arizona’s reigning (and repeating) top agent Joan Levinson. This month, the 2019 Best in Real Estate Awards (BREA) recognized the Paradise Valley luxury agent as both the Highest Volume Individual Agent (by dollars) in the Scottsdale/Paradise Valley Area and the Highest Volume Individual Agent Valleywide, which includes the entire Phoenix Metro area and all of its suburbs. These awards follow her 2018 win when she was named the number one luxury agent by sales volume in Arizona by Real Trends, as seen in the Wall Street Journal.
After her award-winning years of 2017 and 2018, the beginning of 2019 seems to be continuing her trend of consistent excellence. In the past 24 months alone, Ms. Levinson has sold more than $200 million in residential sales. This value includes today’s closing of estate transactions valued at $26 million, and a $15,650,000 sale in December of 2017 that was the most expensive home sold in Arizona history when it closed escrow. With such a strong start to this year, and other large deals already in escrow, she might be on her way to a three-time repeat next year.
