Joan’s real estate machine for over 10 years.
He holds real estate licenses in two states, and, in addition to overseeing over $2 Billion of Joan’s residential transactions, he has also participated in numerous commercial real estate projects. These notably include a 140,000 square foot ground up self-storage facility in New York sold to a commercial REIT, and a 245,000 square foot mall remodel project in the Raleigh- Durham Triangle in North Carolina that sold for $181 million (setting a state record price per square foot in 2021).
Husband, Daddy, Doggie Daddy, Traveler. Adam has skied on 4 continents and surfed on 5 (two on the same day). He still skis way more than he should.
