$17,500,000 Paradise Valley Estate Featured in The Wall Street Journal

Saguaro Road, an impressive 15,875-square-foot home on nearly 5-acres in Paradise Valley, has just closed for $17,500,000- tying for the second most expensive home ever sold in Arizona.

The exquisite gated estate is located within the confines of Arizona’s most expensive town, Paradise Valley, where 4 of the state’s 5 most expensive homes have sold. According to public records, the owner of 5870 N. Saguaro Road was Larry Clemmensen, who is the former President and CEO of the Capital Group Cos., one of the largest investment management firms in the world. Mr. Candelaria stated that the home was “a classic”, and “truly one of the best designed and built homes of (his) nearly 40-year career.” The buyers of record are an anonymous LLC.
