Joan Levinson sells 2 of the top 6 most expensive homes in Phoenix Area in 2019
2019 was a banner year for Joan Levinson. She was named a top agent in America by Real Trends and the Wall Street Journal, the top agent in the Phoenix Metro area by volume by BREA, and closed $200 million in sales in 24 months from April 2017-April 2019.
As a result of all this hard work, Joan was able to close sales on two of the top six most expensive homes sold in the Phoenix area in 2019. Accounting for 1/3rd of all the top home sales, the two exclusive homes both sold for 9.5 million.
In December, Joan represented both the buyer and seller on an expansive hillside contemporary. 7560 N Silvercrest Way features 9,094 square feet and disappearing walls that open up to expansive mountain and city light views.
Earlier in the year, Joan sold 5950 E Valley Vista Ln, a 12,295 sqft home on 2.23 acres. With a priva
te guest home, and lavish backyard featuring putting greens, a large play area, outdoor kitchen and living room, the home is one of the finest estates in Paradise Valley.
In total, Joan sold 17 homes in 2019 with an average sold price of 3.9 million.
Not resting on her laurels, Joan currently has 25 active listings including the two most expensive Paradise Valley listings: 5780 N Saguaro Rd which is listed for $21,000,000 and 5335 Invergordon Rd listed for $14,990,000. With four listings currently under control, 2020 is looking to be another successful year for Joan.
